Strawberry Blonde
Ingredients:
- 50ml Garden Vodka
- 25ml Fresh Strawberry Puree
- 20ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and hot water)
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 25ml Sparkling Water
- Fresh Strawberries (sliced, for garnish)
- Rosemary Sprig (for garnish)
- Ice Cubes
Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Garden Vodka, fresh strawberry puree, honey syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake well to mix the ingredients and chill the mixture.
3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
4. Top off with sparkling water for a fizzy lift.
5. Gently stir to combine.
6. Garnish with sliced strawberries and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
