ENGLISH GARDEN

Ingredients:

- 50ml Garden Vodka

- 20ml Elderflower Liqueur

- 25ml Fresh Apple Juice

- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

- Cucumber Slices (3-4 slices)

- Fresh Mint Leaves (handful)

- Ice Cubes

- Sparkling Water

- Edible Flowers (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves.

2. Add Garden Vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh apple juice and fresh lemon juice to the shaker.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well to combine the flavours and chill the mixture.

4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.

5. Top off with sparkling water for a bubbly finish.

6. Gently stir to mix the ingredients.

7. Garnish with cucumber slices and a few edible flowers if available.
